For the last 10 years in Detroit, MI, Michele Bezue has been creating 100% clean, chemical free confections with her handcrafted marshmallows being the star of the show. With flavors like guava chiffon & caramelized pineapple tiramisu , fried red banana & curry, (nods to her childhood growing up in Hawaii), thyme roasted strawberry, grilled peach & basil brown sugar butter, cherry chevre, pretzels & beer and of course, single favorites like black coffee, toasted coconut, chai, lavender, peanut butter and more, this remarkable fluff can’t just go on any store-bought grahams with run-of-the-mill chocolate bar. The măllō Sweet Bar raises the childhood treat to culinary-inspired levels of flavor and texture, featuring marshmallows, couverture chocolate, and fine baked goods that come together to create mind blowing s’mores, over the top hot chocolate & shakes, flufftastic bubble waffles, frozen fluff bowls, edible cookie dough, truffles and more!

Michele started the original marshmallow company together with her daughter Kelsey, who moved to Atlanta around a year later. Fast forward 10 years and they are reunited to give Atlanta the best natural, handcrafted marshmallows, s’mores, and frozen fluff desserts it’s ever tried.
