LoRusso’s Italian Bottega will make fresh, Italian style sandwiches in a New York way. Italian and European market items such as cured meats, olives, tapenades, and take home meals will be for sale. LoRusso is the maiden name of food hall Owner/Partner Robert Montwaid’s mother. Chef James Semanisin and Chef Byars Parham of Pomodoro Bella will helm the kitchen at both LoRusso’s and Smoked Pearl.
