What
Chattahoochee Food Hall and iHeart Radio Atlanta have teamed up to present a fun-filled, daytime event on Saturday, June 5 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The first Unofficial Summer Kick-Off for the newly opened food hall. Owned/Operated by Robert Montwaid, will feature partner Andrew Zimmern, Emmy- and four-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality and chef along with iHeart DJ Luis Toro, and a few new food hall culinarians: Philly G Steaks, LoRusso’s Italian Market, and Smoked Pearl — all offering a taste of whats to come this summer.

Rain or shine, Andrew Zimmern will serve up 1,000 hot dogs with 100% of proceeds to benefit Giving Kitchen and Meals on Wheels Atlanta. Line up to get your dog and a smiling seflie with Andrew himself!

iHeart DJ Luis Toro will kick off the party live at 11am from the Chattahoochee Food Works patio.

Chattahoochee Food Works is located at 1235 Chattahoochee Ave NW in the Makers Building at The Works. It will feature 31 food stalls and an extensive outdoor patio covering 22,000 square feet in total, that will offer a collective of various food cultures.. Additional features include chef-driven demonstrations, intimate events, and artisanal market shops.
Owner Robert Montwaid, creator of New York’s Gansevoort Market, and celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern, are the curators behind Chattahoochee Food Works.
Robert Montwaid is the former owner of one of the top ten nightclubs in the world, The Pink Elephant, which formally occupied spots in New York City, Hamptons, Mexico, and Brazil. Montwaid will blend his 15-plus years of craft cocktail and entertainment experience with Chattahoochee Food Works in the form of an industrial-glam, center-style, indoor and outdoor bar, and welcoming lounge. About Andrew Zimmern
Andrew Zimmern is an Emmy- and four-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality, chef, writer, teacher, and social justice advocate.
